Intermediat Course
All our previous students of meditation are welcome to participate in our Intermediate Course. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Buddhist teachings and to be able to practice meditation for longer. This course provides further useful tips on how to integrate meditation into your daily life. The course will be held at Suan Pa Himmawan Retreat Center, Loei, Northeast Thailand.
Qualifications
1. Previous students who have completed the Introductory
Level either in Thailand or other countries:
2. Those who have been practicing meditation regularly.

On Today, we will leave Suan Pa Himmawan Retreat Center at 1.00 p.m. and arrive at The Dhammakaya Temple at 9.00 p.m.

All the other rules that are applicable for the 7-day course are required to be respected, for the purpose of a harmonious retreat for us all. Please re-read the Guidelines for joining our Retreats.
Lastly, it is a good chance to come together in peace and practice meditation at the end of the year, as a way to make a perfect start to the New Year, with renewed energy, peacefulness and encouragement.
