FAQ on Meditation 018
During meditation, there is something making my body and hands move by themselves. Is this correct meditation?
It means that you have reached a certain stage of meditation already and there is a flow of energy inside you. But, in order to go further, you shouldn't pay attention to these things. If you can manage to ignore these things, your body will automatically become more peaceful and relaxed. Should the movement happen again, you should just relax and pay attention to the centre of the body more. This will allow the mind to become more concentrated and it can pass through this tendency to move involuntarily, to a higher state.
